Design Notes

We construct membrane protein dimers through the interaction between biotin and streptavidin, as well as the self-assembly mechanism of sGFP.

The mSA sequence comes from BBa_K4623001 from the 2023 BNU-China team, and the sGFP11 sequence comes from GFP.
